Heaven Sent Homes is dedicated to creating a 24-hour environment of safety and inspiration, allowing young people to discover and pursue their innate gifts and talents. Our programs and services foster a sense of security, well-being, and hope.
OUR STAFF
At Heaven Sent Homes, our team is carefully selected, and we are committed to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. We are dedicated to helping them blossom and overcome difficulties and challenges.
OUR SERVICES
Heaven Sent Homes is a Private Non-Custodial Agency (PNA) providing Group Homes and treatment services to youth and their families. We provide a structured and caring environment designed to assist our youth to thrive in their futures through treatment, mentoring, love and support.
Our services include:
- Safe and secure housing, social development, and life skills.
- Specific group therapy/treatment sessions.
- These are facilitated by a licensed therapist or a licensed staff.
- Individual counseling is provided by a Licensed Social Worker. Resident progress and goals are discussed and/or amended at weekly treatment team meetings.
- Family therapy will be done on a case by case basis determined by the treatment team.
- Tutorial services.
- Job placement assistance, training and support
- Social development and life skills
- Recreational/Pro-social activities and off site therapy outings
- Other customized services as needed.
Community Engagement Plan
Enterlock coordinates and plans emergency response preparedness for its group homes in Cincinnati, Ohio. This includes developing policies and procedures, conducting employee training, and facilitating internal communication through staff meetings. These efforts ensure compliance with the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services’ regulations for licensed residential facilities.
The Community Engagement Plan outlines specific protocols for community members to communicate directly with the facility their concerns or any relevant informaiton.

Enterlock will issue an awareness letter to first responders and county officials. This letter will include essential contact information and outline the agency's policies on emergency preparedness, medical emergencies, and emergency/disaster evacuation plans.
